August: A Time to Reflect, Reconnect & Expand

Reflection and Growth

As we move into August, I hope you're finding opportunities to slow down, recharge, and enjoy everything this season has to offer. While many people think of summer as a time to take a break, I've always found it to be a wonderful opportunity to step back, reflect, and invest in personal growth.

For me, that begins with my annual trip to Canada, where I'll be until 16th August, attending a martial arts retreat. This is something I've committed to every year for a long time, and it's an important part of my own development not only for the physical discipline, but also because stepping away from the pace of everyday life allows me to reconnect more deeply with my teachers, refine my practice, and return with fresh perspective and renewed energy that I can bring straight back into my work with you.

Although I'll be away for the first half of the month, there's plenty happening when I return. Later in August I'll be offering Sacred Geometry 1 and Astral Travel 1, two foundational classes that open the door to deeper energetic understanding and expanded states of awareness.

Looking a little further ahead, preparations are also underway for my next Empower Thyself class. This is one of the most profound trainings I offer, designed for those who are ready to deepen their spiritual understanding, awaken their innate abilities, and take ownership of their path with confidence and clarity.
